Pictures were taken and paperwork was signed today. Listing came out late afternoon and immediately, 2 appointments were made for viewings. One actually happened tonight!
There are so far 2 appointments for tomorrow. I'm holding an Open House for both Sat. and Sun. 2-4pm. Offers being accepted on the following Tues. Wish me luck!!!
