Work Starts Aug 5th, 2008

It's with a Canadian Telco firm, it's a Program Manager role within a marketing function.

Very strategic, very marketing, very client focused. The only part missing is that it's not a fashion retail firm! It's very comforting to know that I did not waste my money, time and energy for the past 13 months...I managed to change my career and found something that I would really like to do! (I think...will update you later after I've started work. :p)

Thanks everyone who's supported me through this job search process! (and the chaos since September) Things are finally looking up. :D

It's been a month...

since I've come home...unfortunately, this post doesn't bring any good news of a new job...I'm still doing my search, still doing those applications, still trying to network...

I must say, it's a very disappointing process...especially when you're trying to change careers.

Otherwise things are mmm..."different". Living at home again, not working...wow, feels like the first time I graduated from university!
